GraceWorks Reentry, LLC exists to help people move from instability to responsibility, employment, education, and community connection. Reentry is not only about coming home. It is about building the structure, habits, documents, work readiness, and support systems needed to remain free and move forward.

GraceWorks Reentry is developing housing options for individuals who need a stable base while rebuilding employment, education, documents, community connections, and daily structure.
Housing is intended to support progress, not replace personal responsibility. Participants should be willing to follow written expectations, pursue employment or education, maintain appointments, and contribute to a stable living environment.
Referrals
GraceWorks is preparing a formal referral process. Until the referral form is live, send a basic inquiry by email. Do not include sensitive medical, mental-health, legal, or confidential documents in the first message.
Include the referral source, basic contact information, expected release or community status, and the type of support being requested.
